Aircode ID AC-100
Aircode ID AC-100 air purification system ionization unit information and easy ventilation system instructions.
This unit cleans the air envelope environment contained within average sized home HVAC systems and can also be applied for commercial and industrial use applications. The unit is custom-fitted and is the smallest in-duct unit within the Aircode™ product line.
The Aircode ID AC-100 eliminates odors, bacteria, airborne microbes, gases, mold, and fungus spores.
The unit contains one ionization tube that lasts 9000 operating hours. It also has a five-step adjustment switch to control ion output.

Aircode ID AC-535/ID AC-550
Aircode ID 500 is an ionization unit for installation in industrial ventilation (HVAC) systems. The unit creates a clean environment in both industrial and commercial office buildings.
The unit can be configured to eliminate a broad range of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), odors, bacteria, airborne microbes, gases, mould and fungus spores.
Inside the unit are five ionization tubes, that have an operating time of approximately 9,000 hours. It includes an emergency shut-off switch and is also equipped with a serial communications interface for integration with building automation systems.
Annual maintenance services are available and can be contracted through Matseco and Matseco maintenance partners. Annual maintenance services include access to our 24-hour Q&A hotline, on-site functionality calibration testing, and (if necessary) unit cleaning and replacement of ionization tubes.

Aircode APX-System
Our APX systems are specially manufactured to meet customer requirements. The system will purify exhaust air from industrial HVAC systems in (restaurants?) and larger buildings. The APX system purifies polluted air before it is released into the atmosphere. With very low maintenance requirements, the APX system is an ideal energy-saving solution for most exhaust air problems.
